The CDF is a vehicle of community investment that is designed to zrow investments nine (9) points higher than a CD and removes risks to investors due to
government rent subsidies.
The CDP investment yields a ten (10%) percent return per annum pavable monthlv, Quarterly, biannual or annual. which ever program vou select. These funds do not onlv grow wealth for the CDF Investor, it also empowers and provides hope and opportunity to disinvested communities and the residents of those communities.
Due to the housing market crash and the dismantling of public housing. the need for housing stock and subsidized rentals are at an all time high. The absence of housing stock and the overwhelming availability of housing stock creates a magnificent opportunity to do good and make good on your CDF investment.
The CDP is designed to create wealth for our members. housing for low-income families and employment and training for our troubled vouth and ex-offenders. In addition. it helps to stabilize our neighborhood, one (1)block at a time without relying on government and banks to save our community.

Our goal is to raise fifty million ($50MM) in contributions and investments. If we manage to achieve two (2%) percent of our goal. that amount will be one million ($IM>. This will create $700.000 in investment return over the next seven (7) years. This will create hundreds of affordable rental units and hundreds of businesses. emolovment and training onoortunities for low-income residents, ex-offenders and our troubled youth.
